i have some surefire items ordered from optimax, its been about 4 weeks, and no word yet. they havent charged my card, they sent me a Email (a 'form letter' ie your item is on backorder and will ship when available) i tried to call 5 times, always get a answering service, have, in 5 tries, NEVER once a real human on the other end, i have left messages w/no response. also several emails, no reponse.
point being, should i cancel the order and get it someplace else, or wait it out(another week or 2 at the most)???
i honestly dont know if i could get ahold of them TO CANCEL if i so desired, havent had any luck yet, anyway.
i know some surefire stuff is hard to come by, but this is getting old, imho. i guess i dont mind waiting a little longer, just dont wanna get strung along like botach would do me, lol, i just really wish i could get ahold of the folks.
