Anyone Had The Guts To Beat A MOABM Yet?

Now we're talkin' and thanks for proving my suspicions unfounded Tyrade! I love being wrong about things like this! :D Nice pics of a beautiful user and a yummy brew!

How did the edge hold up?

There's no damage whatsoever. Just some copper and aluminum smears :D

Sweeeet. I can't wait to get mine.

Half the fun of these threads is seeing the random junk you guys have around the homestead to chop. What do you use that cable for, powering a 3rd world country? cruise ship? Ogre still takes the cake with the car chopped in half. Now if someone could chop zombie hunters Hummers in half, that would be epic. ZH care to donate one to the cause?

A lot of the Hummer body is aluminum so, that is doable. The frame is pretty stout steel though, so it would not be an easy task, even for a MOABM.

It came from the scrap pile at work. I'm returning the chopped up copper to be recycled. It's expensive!

Very cool to see those shots! If those Mamas are anything like my LE they'll have a super tough edge.

Give me a day, ill see how it does on tar hemp rope, and different sort of nylon/polypropylene of different thickness

I didn't actually use the steel hammer on it, those pics were for Daz ;). I used a dead blow, and this thing splits wood like crazy! A big fat wedge with a handle.

Actually, speaking of handles, I have to voice my hate of the deep, sharp edged rivet holes in the scales. They are very uncomfortable, they dig into my palm pretty badly. No blood or anything, just not nice to swing for an extended period. They're either going to get a good sanding, or I'll just replace the scales entirely.
