I am looking for a 2" ball bearing for a new project, does anyone have one or 2 that they can sell to me???

I bought mine through MSCDirect.com. You could borrow it if you want. I think I paid $25. for it.

I need to drill it and tap it to accept a 1/2" threaded O1 drill rod. mI'm making a Mace...

I have a few somewhere..I keep them in a bag

..................I'll have to ask my wife where she keeps them;):D:)

Oh I get it. However if you really have steel balls the wife wouldn't dare touch them without permission.

I haven't got one that big but, pm Scott Ickies and see if he does. He is the Timken bearing rep for the West coast a knife guy here and a real nice guy. He may have one or know where to get one. Jim

Louis,

They have 2" bb's in the October Enco flyer for $14.09

Edited to state that the simple carbon bb's I was looking at only come up to 1". The chrome version comes in 2"

Item # SF240-2433

Should be able to find it at http://www.use-enco.com :)

The largest I have is a 1-1/2" ball. If you'd like to have one, email me at scottickesknives@gmail.com. I'll give it to you for the cost of shipping.

No problem, I'll poke it in my heat treat oven crank-er up and let it cool down over night..
