Anyone have a Kabar D2 Extreme??

I was wondering if anyone owns a Kabar D2 Extreme? I was thinking about getting one but wanted to get some opinions before i bought anything. Any help would be appreciated.

If thats the one with the grey aluminum hanndles with the 1/2 thumb disc,& 3" blade in 4 styles,i had a clip point one,non serrated, it was extremely sharp, cut real nice,& locked up solid. it was very stiff opening,so its not really a tactical quick opener, but for just cutting, its a real sharp & durable knife......

I thought this knife was a fixed blade?
