Anyone have any ecperience with this online store?

I'm sure there are a lot of good companies out there but I doubt I ever find out.

I ordered my first RAT from KSF and was so impressed I don't even look anyplace else.

The last time I placed my order on Saturday and it was in my mailbox on Monday. :thumbup:
 
KSF offers so much information on his site, it's almost like walking into a real store.

I got my HEST from The Knife Connection and he made the pre-order very easy. Another really good guy to deal with.

Keep in mind, if you find a regular RAT dealer that you hear about on this forum, it's going to be a reliable source. RAT Cutlery will not tolerate a poor dealer representing them.
 
I've bought from bloth and like them bolth.the thing I like about TKC is Dale has answered
every time I've called early or late put & the order through.KSF won't answer till 4pm I just can't take it to wait all day to know the order wen't through.but thats just me.

Have a couple orders through KSF and have been nothing but satisfied. Fast shipping and I have heard and seen in this forum that they have great customer service. I have never had to call them with a complaint but I am sure that they will make it right if I do. That is worth the extra dollar or two any day in my mind.

Do not forget that when you add shipping cost to the price of an item, you may end up the same or even more expensive than the price shown. KSF = no shipping cost. It is included in the cost shown. Nothing hidden from the customer. +100 in my mind.
 
I'm a chronic bargin shopper but I deal exclusively with Derrick at knivesshipfree.com.

I think I get bang for my buck with Derrick due to his service, super fast shipping and almost instant communication if I have a question. He's also gone out of his way to source items for me that he didn't have in stock.

The one story I always tell people when I recommend KSF is the time I ordered a knife, RC-4 to be exact, in NJ at 11pm, got into my truck the next morning at 6am and drove to Texas and the knife was waiting for me at my new front door. That's fast shipping.

I will say this... If you buy from Derrick, I have no doubt that he will take good care of you. If you buy from me, I will take good care of you... and there are other good RAT Cutlery dealers out there as well.

We all have reasons for pricing our items as we do.

Wouldn't this world be boring if there was only one place to buy everything?
 
dale at the knife connection is great. ordered a hest mon, he said he was out and would have em wed. told me it shipped on thurs. it was here yesterday(fri)
he's the one that answers the phone, and he shot an email right back to me when i inquired about when the hest shipped. then i get it that afternoon! wow
 
Bought my last knife through knife connection will use them again good service fast shipping.
