Anyone have experience with CRKT's warranty department

I got a Wild Weasel, which, despite it's looks, I came to appreciate very much. However, the spring (or whatever you call the bar that provides assisted opening) snapped off. Anyone got experience with CRKT's warranty department - especially on a discontinued knife?

If It was kershaw, I'd expect some wonderful customer service - crkt?
 
The turnaround seemed a little long when my Kasper broke, but they replaced it with no fight...
 
CRKT's customer service and warranty department is one of the best I've ever dealt with. Just send them an email explaining your problem, and they'll let you know the best way to proceed.
 
:cool:I had a problem with one of my knives and sent them an e-mail explaining the problem and that i was not saisfied, they replied immediately,and sent me a new blade of my choice which was more expensive than the one I originally purchased.:cool:
