anyone have experience with Juggernaut Rogue M1A bullpup?

It has been mentioned in the bullpup forum over on Arfcom. I'd go have a look over there.

I remember generally good things were said.

Bottom line:

It is my opinion that the current ROGUE bullpup conversion kit
is a rather decent range toy and a somewhat sexy novelty item.

A true blast from the past with updates & images.

My chassis choice for the M14/M1A is the light weight Blackfeather "RS"

Nice. I like the black feather chassis. I wanted an m1a1 but I'm a lefty and that thing pushes a lot of gas. Waiting for the desert tech MDR. Not nearly as sexy as a Walnut m1a1 but should be a good 308 alternative when/if it becomes available.

I have it on my National Match M1A. I like it. It feels good in your hands and shoots well. The trigger is a little stiff in my opinion. There is a long guide rod on the trigger. I got mine stored away in the safe. I will have to dig it out of the back and post some pics. I like it though. If I had to chose between it and the SAGE package, I would go with SAGE. Depends on what you are using it for. It honestly makes it short but for long range shooting I like the feel of a more traditional rifle. I am considering changing mine back just for long range. Range shooting with that short stock just feel odd to me. Now if you were to put it on the shorter rifle, then go for it.

Wow! this thread is a blast form the past

"It is my opinion that the ROGUE bullpup conversion kit is a rather decent range toy and a somewhat sexy novelty item. ... I would not own one." about sums it up for me.

I wouldn't put one on either of my M1As, but I would like to shoot someone else's :)

I am looking to put one of these stocks from Wolfe Firearms on my M1A Scout and have it Cerakoted in a camo pattern. The stock is a modified USGI fiberglass stock with added rigidity and bedding. These stocks are made for field use and are a big improvement over the polymer stock my Scout came with.

I owned one.... It was almost 15lbs.... Feels great on the shoulder but stupid heavy until it gets there

I have messed with one at the range.. it was built on a Smith ent. M14. it's nice an felt comfortabe..but as with many bull pup settups..the trigger felt just a little squishy..

my personal preference is just a stock usgi fiberglass stock. mine is a LRB M25 tanker (18" barrel) standard usgi FG stock..about to have a sick cerakote job put one the stock an handguard!!! I will say this tho... if shtf, I would take an m14 over an AR15 10 times out of 10... I have worked with a lot of guns an the Garand design is awesome..an the M14 is imho one of the finest firearms on God's earth.. yummy. check out the machined in rail settup on a LRB M25... if ya plan to run glass..its hard to beat :)

I agree.

Past injures to my extremities make shooting with a standard GI stock painful, that's why all but one of my M14s is in a pistol grip stock.
The SGA on the Blackfeather appears to be a good compromise for me, it's comfortable and offers some adjustability to LOP & riser height.

Here is a PG Blackfeather with some accessories... the long sight plane (LSP) top rail makes it easy to mount a scope.
