i have a greco made of this steel and haven't heard of it before. does anyone know it's properties? thanks

Not a standard US grade .Are you sure it's not a foriegn standard or a model number ?

I believe "5670" to be a typo. The alloy listed on the Greco website is "8670"

Of course I had difficulty finding anything about 8670 alloy either, but these folks knew what it was:
