Anyone here ever ordered from K5 Tactical? They sell a few different Tomahawks?

I ordered from them several weeks ago and was told it was going to ship right away? I have not heard from him since. I have called, emailed and left messages and no answer? I also see that Benchmade has taken his Tomahawk designs and produced it? Thanks for any input.
