Anyone here ever ordered from K5 Tactical? They sell a few different Tomahawks?

I ordered from them several weeks ago and was told it was going to ship right away? I have not heard from him since. I have called, emailed and left messages and no answer? I also see that Benchmade has taken his Tomahawk designs and produced it? Thanks for any input.
 
There have been problems like this in the past. If you search the forum, you'll likely find other threads on the issue.
