Anyone here ordered a Randall to make the SR wait seem like a cakewalk?

Just a thought. I'm considering it.

Delivery date for a current order is August 2010.
 
If I had any interest in Randalls, I might consider it. But I am no collector, besides, I am not waiting for a Rat:p

I have my rat Right here, in my bag at my side.:thumbup:

Who said anything about collecting them? They get sharp and cut just like other quality knives. FWIW, I use my Busses.

yeah, they get sharp and cut, but I would rather wait "two weeks" to get a better cutter than wait 4+ years for one from randall.

I don't know. If I can wait that long, there would be something uber-cool about, when someone asked, "What's the longest you've waited on a knife?", to be able to reply, "Oh 'bout four and a half years." :D

Hmmmmm good idea, send me your Busses or Rats and I will hang onto them for 4 1/2 years:cool: :thumbup:

You keep your rats in a bag???:confused: :eek: :grumpy:

I call Rat Abuse!!!! Keeping them in the dark is just plain mean, and causes eye strain!:p They cant read the newspaper on the bottom of the cage in the dark!!! :o
 
I have one Randall, a Model 1. I didn't wait at all for it. I just walked into Nordic Knives in Solvang, CA and said, "I'll take that one!" Of course it was 1987. Sadly, I am a poor excuse for a collector. It's been used and sharpened, as have all my Rats and my one Busse.
