Anyone here rit dyed FRN?

Just rit dyed my blue Endura, used hot glue for the stripes to keep those areas from being dyed. Only took about 8 min to dye the scales and backspacer, and I think it looks good.

Looks great. Does the hot glue just peel off after the rit dye process?

Is that a Salt Saver? What did you use to cover the yellow areas to keep them from being dyed?

Yes, this is a Saver Salt. Hot glue is the best to use to protect areas from the dye process. It is reasonably easy to remove after the fact. The downside is that it isn't extremely precise, so you have to accept some color bleed and variations in your intended pattern.
