Anyone in the Virginia Beach area that wouldn't mind a shop visitor?

I am very interested in some shop exposure, I have little to no metal morking knowledge- so I would be a sponge for you to fill! I've done some tinkering with handles and stock removal, but all just by trial and error. Like most folks in this area, I am military, so my schedule is crazy at best and it would be a catch as can deal. I'd be willing to compensate for the time & lessons somehow. Currently cash poor, but I'm sure we could figure something out (I make a mean BBQ).

Mark, I am in Norfolk. I work in Va, Beach ( one shop in Kemps River Shopping Center, and the other at Strawbridge Marketplace). Maybe you could drop by one day and we'll talk. I regularly have someone over to teach forging and finishing.
