The real question is what y'all would be willing to pay for this. Sweeten the deal enough,a nd someone her ein states(or somewhere else that buys HI khuks) is guaranteed to be willing to modify HI khuks in said fashion. Heck, most of y'all could do it yourself if you really wanted to. File off the peened tang, heat up and remove handle, clean out laha, file down front of bolster, file down shoulder of blade(and a bit of thickness of blade there to let boslter slide up over part you've filed down shoulder on). JB weld to remount the bolster, Devcon 2 ton 30minute epoxy to reattach handle, then peen keeper back on. The only real problem, depending on how much you move shoulder up,a nd on how the particular sheath is fitted to that blade, would be making sure sheath still fit.
