They don't delete accounts. If you like you can just go away, but the member was just stating the rule, nothing personal.
You were not going to get avery solid answer anyway. You are not going to see many for sale( I don't believe many were made). If you see one you either pay whatever they want or decide to keep living without.
Unless you have very deep pockets, chances are you will be living without.
