Anyone know any other cheap but quality brands?

Most of my knives cost under $25 so my list of brands I look at are generally these.

Kershaw, Kabar, Spyderco, Rough Rider, Case (some of them), Wenger, Victorinox, Opinel, Mora, Boker (some of them look nice), Colt (slipjoints, same factory as Rough Rider to my knowledge), Svord, Buck (USA ones), probably a few more that I don't remember too.

Kershaw would be my first choice. Great blades and great warranty as they really stand behind their stuff. Stay away from Camillus now-a-days as their blades are great quality but their folders seriously lack when it comes to the swivel pins. Cold Steel has a few inexpensive decent knives. Many great more expensive ones though. Stay away from Buck as they have riveted knives for pretty much all their cheaper lineup. CRKT is kinda like Cold Steel and has some great inexpensive knives. Bear & Sons is a good inexpensive group of blades but from what I hear their warranty on at least Balisong knives is something to be desired.

Buck has some very inexpensive knives if you don't mind plastic handles and 420 HC steel. Made in USA and forever warrantee.

I recently got a Coast LX322 folder as part of a package deal with a flashlight, and I have been EDCing it frequently. Its pocket clip is capable of very deep carry. I also bought a Leatherman Crater awhile ago, also for EDC purposes. Both are small and light enough to play nice with dress pants pockets, or in the waistband of workout shirts/pants if you are so inclined.

Quite some time ago, I also bought a Tekut Ares fixed blade. It's nothing fancy, just yet another "tactical" knife from China, but the construction is solid and I would have no regrets beating the absolute crap out of it.

Enlan ELl-01, lots to choose from in the range, all built to last and all very good value for money.

Plus a really nice rosewood scaled model.

Also worth a mention are the Harnds range, a neat looking "gentlemans" folder -

The Harnds Blazer is a beast of a knife, 9Cr18MoV steel, 105mm blade length. G10 scales and LAWKS secondary lock (not Auto LAWKS). Very suited to gloved hands in cold weather.
