ANyone know hoe to make BAlisongs??

Hello All, (forgive my spelling) I am NEW to knife making, I love knives especially Balisongs. I would really like to spend some spare time making bali's. Anyone with any info for me? thanks

Buy a cheap one and take it apart and use it for a pattern. Then as you get better at making them, change the shape a little till you have an original design. I have one apart, just haven't messed with them yet.

I have many balisongs which I would like to learn to replicate first then go on to making my own. But I need alot more info first. L6steel-nice knives, some of your own?
 
I have made a couple of them.I didnt have one to use as a pattern so I just set down with some books and drew one out and then the fun began.All I can say is go for it and dont give up,It is a challenge that is fun when its over.I started with the Blade and then made the sides from brass and just started taking a little off here and there until I had it working the way I wanted it to.....Good Luck and have fun with it,Bruce

Can't tell you how to make one, but I just got myself one to play with (BM42), and they are a lot of fun.
