Anyone know how to get these scratches out the DLC?

If they are actual scratches in the DLC coating you cannot remove them (and probably are if caused by metal or sharpening equipment). But many times material that look like scratches that you cut will leave marks that you can clean off.

You sure you haven't rubbed through the coating? Sharpening sludge is pretty abrasive...

Hopefully those aren't really scratches , but only residue marking the coating .

Try some mild metal polish . Go easy .

Looks cool, gives the knife some character. I don’t like DLC for this reason, however your Manix looks great.

If it helps any, I've learned from the Spyderco forums that the DLC does not really add any corrosion resistance to your knife. So outside of looking scratched up, it won't be too bad. I agree with 91bravo. Just put some oil on it of your choice and use it. The first permanent scratches on a knife hurt, but over time they become wabi sabi.
