I get all my Concealex and the appropriate hardware from

They also have the molding foam to form your sheath.
they are excellent to do businessw ith and i recommend them thoroughly.

Kydex can be purchased at most local plastics distributors in your area. I think I paid around $120 taex included, when I purchased a sheet (4'x8') of 0.093" thick Calcutta Black the last time. Concealex is priced pretty competitively, and I think I like it better in terms of how it works. I have found Blade-Tech to be unresponsive to email, but phone should work.
