Anyone know what all this stuff is?

I don't see a lot of rust. I would take it to be stainless Steel? If it it has a good scrap price. Should be enough to buy you something very nice.
 
On the magnets, If they are rare earth magnets be very careful as I believe the dust is hazardous. I am not sure how they work them. I believe wet. Rare earth or Neodymium magnets are very strong and that is the type preferred in small wind chargers. They are also pretty hard and brittle. I had one about 3/4 x 1 x 1 1/2 and when I stuck it to a piece of heavy plate I had to pry it of. It finally shattered.
