I should have said "offered" rather than "made." However, I don't think the Edge versions were Furies unless they were somehow rebadged. Edge was selling them under their own brand name (and calling them "Cobras," with or without permission). I remember seeing a flyer from them advertising the larger of the two knives, with some as-usual-ridiculous ad copy to the effect that the overwhelming response to the smaller version prompted them to offer the larger version.
The example I saw -- the smaller of the two from Edge -- bore Edge Company's name right on the blade (rather than Fury's). Specifically, one side was etched "EDGECO COBRA", while the other said "440 STAINLESS STEEL" and "MADE IN TAIWAN." The knife also lacked that gold or bronze-colored shield shown on the Fury blade.
There's another important difference, too -- earlier posts in this thread reference the fact that the spikes are removeable (they unscrew) and fit in a pouch in the sheath. The "EDGECO" version, however, came with a cylindrical metal tool used to cover the pointed end of the spikes so they could be quite literally hammered into position in the guard. After insertion they were, one would assume, permanently affixed.
On a related note, The "no name catalog" to which I referred in my earlier post in this thread turns out to be Cook Brothers, who offer a plethora of cheap knives. They're version of the Cobra knife is called the "Street Fighter Deluxe Knife" ("This? I use it for opening mail, officer") and is shown at

It costs $19.95. Of course, this same company sells the singing mounted "Big Mouth Billy Bass," which is too surreal for mere words to describe.
