Anyone know who owns this Forge press?

Was looking thru the internet for ideas on my press build and came across this picture of a C frame press.
Not being a fan of the C frame, I do like this and was wondering if anyone knows to who it belongs or made it?
I would like to contact them with some questions of its use and materials.

Clean looking press.
I hope it never springs a leak next to that forge !
Or hope it uses non flammable 'hydro-oil.

Yes, as mentioned it's Bruce Bump's

If you read the text in that post it tells you so.

He posts on Knife Dogs forum

If all the photos haven't been photobucketed, he has great WIP threads with lots of photos
