That's a BIG knife corpsman! Nice ones Sunburst and Smiling-Knife, I think I'll have to start a thread for marlin spike slippies, I've always been drawn to them for some reason. Here's one I just sold, figured I'd send it off with a parting shot:

I probably won't carry it. I really don't have a problem with carrying good old knives, but this knife is larger than what I like to carry.

Rivit, that is a sweet trapper. Nice catch.

Here's one I've probably shown in the forum before, but I think it fits in this thread nicely.

You sure do take a good picture, Mister Fewpop.

Thanks Rob. I sure appreciate that.

Here's a little more stag that just arrived from some goofy doofus this afternoon. It's a Texas-size knife as you can see, and takes a coupla' real buckaroos just to hold it up.

Queen Dan Burke Rancher with bg42 blade. Yippie-i-kyo-kyaayyy!! :D

Man that's what I call a hunk of stag Fewpop, I would have loved to be the one to shoot that deer and hang it on the wall...

A fantastic collection of stag you have there bastid, it makes my computer want to lean to the left though, from all the weight being on that side of the screen..:D

Great stag one and all...

First one is a sixties vintage Solingen made bowie. The other is a bit of a mystery - no markings at all. It is roughly the same profile as a Western W49.

Very cool picture Sunnyd, would you mind if I put it back into my files..?

Sunburst

Anything for you, partner!.

BTW, Its a load of deer going to market from turn of the century (c19th-20th) Mackinaw, MI.

A combination of many things from Himalayan Imports: custom and traditional. A karda (Nepali word for "knife", duh), the traditional side knife of the national weapon the khukuri. Blade recycled from the leaf spring of a Mercedes-Benz truck. Handle is from a Muntjac (Himalayan barking deer), recycled from a 19th century original with rusted, worn-out blade.
