Anyone missing a Bagwell Bowie???

Pure speculation. And adding your own made-up percentage statistic does nothing to back up your claim.

You know nothing about the knife, the seller on Ebay, or the source of how the seller came into possession of this knife.
You are absolutely correct. I do, however, know quite a bit about Bill's knives and how rare they are. Once you ordered a Bowie and paid over a grand back in the 1990s, it took over a year to get it... and they are rarely resold. This particular blade certainly must have an interesting story behind it. I did not get the impression that the seller stole it... his uncle "found it" somewhere and gave it to him, beat to shit with no sheath. Maybe it's not stolen, but it's just weird man... this isn't a camping knife someone might've lost in the woods... people who buy these actually tend to carry them as weapons, I'm sure others buy them simply as an investment or to put on display... Bill's Bowies are legendary and a different sort of person buys one of those than say a Randall, Lile, or Samson.

Anyway, perhaps I was wrong to make this post. Thank you for calling me out on it.
