He drove a Black caddy up and down Sedgewick Avenue and put us kids to work. You worked hard for "vinnie", doin' some "errand-running" and you got to kiss Mr. Salermo's ring and Vinnie gave ya a Fin and a ride in his "limo". But Momma said never to make a promise or give your word to a MARINE, especially one named VINNIE or you would end up in a trunk of an OLD caddy on 128th Street
