Anyone order from Knife Supply before

Hey anyone here ever order from Knife Supply before? I am after a knife and they are quite a bit cheaper on it than anyone else I've found. Its on a Fallkniven F1 and they are more that $20 cheaper than anyone else I can find.

Don't know anything about them so just doing due diligence before purchasing. Have gotten burned in the past from another place unknowingly selling a counterfeit knife so always a little leery when something seems to be a really good deal, lol but I also really like great deals, who wouldn't?

If you have ordered from them before did they:

a.) Have the knife in stock and you didn't purchase and then find out it would be a while before shipping
b.) Did they ship in a reasonable time
c.) Were you happy with their service

Take a look at the BF dealers, factor in shipping, I don't think the price difference is that much. With the BF dealers you are getting piece of mind that the product is genuine, great customer service (in my experience) and your supporting BF.

a. Yes - however if you want to confirm that an item is in stock, you could do what I do and email them directly and ask them - they replied and confirmed that the knife that I was interested was in stock and ready to ship.

b. Yes - same day.

c. I paid and I received the item - to me that is the way transactions are supposed to work.

Im waiting on a fallkniven nl4 right now. I ordered on dec29 and still not here. 2 weeks till it shipped so just like 1robinhood said, ask if in stock. the site also showed the wrong sheath supplied but I knew that when ordering so no prob. I sometimes "experimental order" with new companies to see if theres really a diff. so far with exchange, duty and shipping I really doubt theres gonna be much of a diff in $. plus I could have gotten it much faster. just one out of country experience. hope it helps
 
I've ordered from them 3-4 times and the times the item I wanted wasn't in stock I received an email the next day asking how I wanted to proceed with the order. They have always delivered the items as promised and I don't recall the shipping times being out of the ordinary. I haven't bought anything from them in the last couple of years, but that's mostly because I discovered the exchange here.

Ah new here so could someone fill me in on the exchange on here? Not familiar with it. Also another member suggested getting it from one of the site supports which I am in favor of as well. How do I find out who they are too?
 
Thanks guys, seems like they are a reputable dealer and I don't have to worry about counterfeits and such like I was curious about. Don't mean anything toward them either as I said I knew nothing about them and was doing due diligence first.

Good comments to think about it. Really appreciate all who chimed in here.
 
just received my knife. was wrong with the date I said for ordering. was jan4 not dec29 so received in 3weeks. that's fairly standard shipping time for US to Canada from my experience. Price was on par with other companies. no complaints.

Exchange rules and supporting dealers list are both in my sig line. As well as the site FA q, and everything you need.
 
I bought a blade from them. Fallkniven S1 and then later a lefty sheath. They were as good as expected, granted I didn't have to work with customer service or anything. One thing I have noticed is that they have pretty good prices, some better than a lot of other online stores. Probably some of the best Fallkniven and Bark River prices I have seen.
