I got a order confirmation email, but never a shipping confirmation or tracking number. I'm thinking it should have been here by now. I sent an email, but no response. I'm starting to get worried now.

You must mean Knife Outlet. I bought a Leek at their Amazon storefront earlier this year. No problems at all, and shipping/tracking info was available at my Amazon account.

I've ordered once from them before from the website, not the amazon store front, didn't have any problems that I can recall.
