**Anyone own a BlackHawk nylon sheath??? Need your opinion.

Does anyone have a BlackHawk Duty Single H/V Pouch folding knife sheath? This BlackHawk sheath is both a Pistol Mag and a Knife Sheath. Here is the url to http://www.blackhawkindustries.com/

What is the largest folder that it will accomodate? I am looking for a quality sheath for a folder that is 5.5" closed.

Are there online retailers that sells them? Please post urls.

 
Hi 2sharp. According to the TAD-S1 specs, it accomodates FOLDERs 4.5" CLOSED. Your emerson commander closed in 5". My folders are 5.5" closed. I don't think my folders will fit in the TAD-S1.

As for your question reguarding the Duty Single H/V Pouch folding knife sheath, I carry a Dieter CQD4 that is 6" when folded. It fit's in the knife pouch, but, it's a tight fit so I think 5.5 inches would be about the max capacity for a secure carry. For a larger knife, I'd recomment the Duty single flash bang pouch,
