Anyone pick up the CRKT NIAD?

This looks like a nifty little folding knife to keep on a keyring, even though its meant to be used as a climbing knife. Veff serrations, titanium framelock. Steel is mediocre, but for 20 bucks doesnt seem like a bad deal.
