Anyone recently deal with Cumberland Knife Works ?

Last Thursday I ordered a knfe from this site and paid with paypal . However ,my order status is still "pending" after 4 days and there is a big button says "pa with paypal" in the middle of the my order page . I clicked it and a page says "the invoice is paid but there is problems with merchant's account". I also checked my paypal to make sure I have paid .

I wrote several email to them but two were "rejected by the system" and another one is by filling blanks on their site so I think it is sent . However ,no reply.

Called them serveral times but no one answer , only the "system" asking me to "enter the remote code"...

I did a little search on this site and it seems not bad and it is also an official dealer of GEC so that is why I chose it .

But what should I do now ?
 
I ordered on a Thursday and received my knives the following Wednesday, this was just recently in the last two weeks. That's a little slower than I'm used to but they arrived in a reasonable time and I had no issues with the knives. I've heard nothing but good things about Bill who runs the website so I'm sure you will be receiving your knives soon.
 
Actually it is your thread made me decide to buy the same model :)

Did you pay with credit card or paypal if you don't mind ? Seems like they have problems on their paypal account.
 
I paid with credit card. I also sent a message and didn't get a reply but the knives arrived the next day so it was no worry for me. My guess is that his message system doesn't work or his spam filter is catching my hotmail address. Enjoy your blade when it arrives, I think you will enjoy so let me know:thumbup:
 
Still no reply in any means from the seller and I find a ebay seller with the same name and has previousl sold some knives of the same model, which may mean that the seller do not have problem with his paypal .

I really donot want leave any bad feedback to anybody but now it makes me pretty confused .

Also, if the sell does not ship item or reply me forever , is there anyway I can get my money back ?
