Anyone seen this thing?

I remember that video. As much as I like Alton Brown, he is a bit of a knife snob.
:eek: Knife snob? He's Alton Brown! I'm sure he just hasn't had enough experience with the onion chopping ability of a BK9..




And as for these Miltner-Adams "knives", they don't much look like knives at all.
Since when do you need to stab tires with wet hands? Or lift things.. with your knife? I admit it is hard to take someone who blows up their knives very seriously.
 
vintage SRT's (survival rescue tools)that will do about the same thing..yeah they can be used as "handles" for dragging deer ect.,can cut the hood off a car,cut glass,whatever.Maybe they got the idea for these? :cool:
 
I bought one of the MA2/I knives at a local gun show a couple of months ago. It has been a fine knife so far. It definitely has a bit of an "industrial" look to it and I bought it before I ever saw the interesting marketing they have. I'm kind of a sucker for small fixed blades/neckers. I like it and would probably buy it again.
