Anyone Still Have their First Busse?

I sold my first 2 to SNAFU and have no idea where they are now. They were a BA-E and an SH-E! I still think about them. :( (tear in eye). But I have found other loves since. ;)

My first Busse was a SFNO (black with black standard slabs).

The standard slabs aren't great, but I like everything else about the knife too much to part with it.

My First Busse was a DABA from Bravado. Still have it, and likely always will.

My first family blade was a Battle Rat, which I sold, and it became someone else's first.

My first Busse was a SHe back in 2001. Dont have that one anymore, but I did finally replace it a couple of years ago. :)

My first two were a SH-E and a Eu-17 Mini. I traded the SH-E on my quest for a SHBM and the Eu-17 Mini was traded on my quest for a Eu-17 Magnum. I replaced my Mini, but have yet to replace my SH-E. I think I'll get a SHSH before I get another SH-E. I like the SH handles more.

Of my Busse's the two that have been with me the longest are 2 of my users: My D/C Eu-17 Magnum with Leatherhog + Buy Brown sheaths and my Tan/Tan Heavy Duty with Buy Brown Kydex. I won't be parting with either. On top of those I have a Grab Bag SHBM that I've had for a little while :D.

My favorite knife (Eu Mag) is out on a couple test drives with some fellow forumite Buddies......it feels wierd being without it :p

I only just got her yesterday, isn't she just a beautiful sight.

Let's see...
#1 smooth bolt A2 SHBA--no, traded:( :o
#2 Tan Off Duty--no, traded:o
Beat 'em both like red-headed step-children, too.

My first was a Satin Jack Tac Tan/tan
I loved the knife, but was really unhappy when I chipped and scuffed the coating:cool:
Now it is in Alaska!

My first was a Basic 9 that I bought NIB at a local gun show from a knife dealer @. I sold it (used) for what I paid for it at a larger knife show to help finance a straight handled Steel Heart with hollow tube fasteners. When I got it home I measured it and it was 5/16":D I ended up selling it. I always missed the B9, probably because it was my first and I used it as much, if not more than any other I've ever owned. Finally got another user. It arrived today in a BB black kydex sheath. So, I don't have the exact knife, but I do have one like it and it will probably be one of the last ones I part with now:D

That Anniversary SH would be a good replacement for the 5/16" SHSH...

My first Busse and still my ONLY Busse is a straight-handled Satin Jack I bought in 2004. It wasn't my first Busse family knife. I had purchased a Camp Tramp and a Howling Rat (Gen 1) before I bought the SJ. I still have both of those knives as well. And I've acquired several Scrap Yard knives since then. (Fortunately, Scrap Yard makes it possible for me to purchase champagne knives on a beer budget.)

This is the original. A real HOG of an SHSH at about 3/8ths thick. Since, I've acquired a bunch more INFI. It is addictive!

Here is my third Busse. As you can see, I'm new to Busses.
