Anyone texture metal handles?

I was trying to think of a way to add some grip to the slippery metal handle on my Meadowlark. Grip tape, epoxy, sandblasting, drilling, epoxy, or maybe scales crossed my mind. . . . .though I will not do wood.

I would love to see pics of your handle mods!

You can use an electric engraving pencil for a very nicely stippled finish.

A wire brush wheel will roughen it up slightly and it's easy to do.
