That's a nice sleeping bag. You might check out the Marmot Helium, and see if you can get it cheaper. Specs are similar. Higher rated down for the Helium, same weight, tiny bit warmer(comfort rated 16F vs 21F for the Xero), but I don't think you'll beat Mountain Gear's price for the Xero.
I bought Marmot's Pinnacle last year, which is 6oz heavier, warmer(EN to 10F), and can sometimes be found ~$300. It's a fantastic bag, but I'd be looking at quilts if I had to do it all over again.
