I want to pick one up when funds allow but was wondering if anyone has one yet and would like to share their comments and pictures to tie me over? :o

Thanks!

Sorry for my english :o

Ok thanks everyone. With the recent Gold Class 511 and the Onslaught being available I thought maybe it slipped through without me knowing.

Looks like these might be available from some online sources now... I'm really eager to hear the feedback on them as well in anticipation of adding one to my stable.

Jip. Knife Center seems to have them in stock. I really want one but funds do not allow that yet. Hopefully they will be around for a long time!

Agree that the logo is corky, but otherwise really nice knife.

Take a look at the weight of the large - about 5.5 ounces. Must have full steel liners as well as a meaty blade.

I picked one up recently. Large size with green/black scales. :)

I just get it, the small Bone Collector!!!! :D

Is a BEAUTYFUL pice, the green and black handle in particular is soooo nicely sculpted!

Is about the perfect size for a EDC too.

On the not so good side, it really have too many letters on the blade. And is very thick too. You can compare it with the Native 4:

Overall is a really nice knife and I'm very happy with it. I'm sure is going to be a best seller for Benchmade.

One question, about the "004/500" mark... did I buy a safe queen?

thanks for sharing the pics alberto that is indeed a very good looking knife, I love the two tone G10 handles and that backspacer is a nice addition!

what's the blade length on that? Is that the small bone collector?

Alberto

Nice knife! That 'mini' does not look all that small IMO. But I have learned for me I should buy a large before I buy a mini so if that is a mini the large must be LARGE! Anyway. You bought one of the first production models nr 4 of 500. Benchmades from what I have heard if first production runs do not really become collectibles (someone can correct me if I am wrong) so you can use it!
