oh sweet baby santa. they told me to go to the store and exchange back for my other new phone. i did that. now i want to get back to the same guy that helped me this morning and they won't transfer me to him and they're trying to make it work. i'm going to pull my hair out, club a baby seal and strangle a puppy.
