It's an Emerson quick deployment sheath. I was wondering if anyone knows of something similar for Sypyderco. I know it may be taboo to get an accessory that doesn't come from Spyderco themselves but I really like the concept. I've seen similar stuff that only requires a thumb hole before on the net I think it was a custom leather place but I can't find it.

Any suggestions?

I have a sheath from river city sheaths that deploys my spyderco native. I think Mike is a member here. You should look him up.

No idea what the knife laws are like where you live, but in some places here in the US, that type of sheath is illegal for use outside your home.

Look at Normark's website for Speed Dialers. Some jurisdictions make them illegal so make sure you check.

Keep in mind that the sheath and knife must be visible while being carried, otherwise under Canadian law, you are carrying a concealed weapon.
