Yes, they are releasing an s90v version with cf handles of the para2 and carpenter's version of s90v (CTS-20CP) with a grey g-10 handle, the s90v version towards the end of this year the carpenter version 2011.

Para-Military2 - Clarification/Announcement
Just wanted to clarify something that was recently alluded to on our site forum regarding future versions of the Para-Military2.
It was mentioned that there might be a Para-Military2 coming with Carbon Fiber and CTS-20CP steel from Carpenter. Little mix-up there. So, here's the scoop!
The C81CFP2 is a Para-Military2 with Peel Ply Carbon Fiber scales and CPM-S90V (Crucible Steel). The C81CFP2 is targeted for release by the end of this year.
The C81GGY20CP2 is a Para-Military2 with Gray G-10 scales and CTS-20CP (Carpenter's equivalent to S90V). The C81GGY20CP2 will be a 2011 release.
Both of these are slated to be Sprint Runs.
And no (I'll beat ya'll to asking), I don't have any more detailed ETA info.
