Just finished a couple of projects for Anythingsharp. He was very involved in the development of a new style knife, the repair of one he had, and something I made up for him out of titanium (our secret).
My policy is no payment until the work is done, but when the very unexpected death of my mother in law hit us just before Thanksgiving, he offered to pay the total up front to help with our expenses. He was also very patient when this pushed his due date back a week. No guff whatsoever. He is top shelf in my book. I wish all my customers were just like him.
