New here, and still taking my time searching for a deer knife. Ran across Anza knives, they look pretty nice and some are reasonably priced. Looking for input on how they perform in the field and do they take and hold a good edge. Thanks

I have two Anza knives made in 1998, one a Bird and Trout and the other a skinner. I love both of these knives. If you want a Hand Made Custom knife that won't break the bank and made to carry and use an Anza is hard to beat. I have more expensive knives that set in my collection, but these knives are built to use and I think they are great.
