AO removal on the tyrade

I love the JYD2 with composite blade, but I definitely love the Tyrade even more. But it may be a good low cost alternative to the Tyrade if I have to make some tough choices on what combination to get. I want to see how Macworld goes down before I spend all of my money, at any rate.

Is the G10 Offset's blade coated still? It's hard to tell in the photos.

Yup, the black coating is the Tungsten DLC, and the gray coating is Chromium Nitride.

The JYDII CB is an AMAZING knife. Easily in the top 3 of my collection.

That being said, I would LOVE a Tyrade if I could afford it, but I would definitely consider the JYDII CB a low-cost alternative.

Thanks for the all the help and information from the tremendous Kershaw fans here. I've pretty much decided to get the Tyrade and probably pick up a little red Centofante for my girlfriend who's been playing with my mojo. There may be a nice second high end Kershaw in the near future, but we'll start slow.
