Apex core gyuto with copper damascus

A cladding consisting out of alternating copper and O2 layers.

Pure nickel shims with a apex ultra core steel for some great performance.

Real great taper on it, and a c-grind running all the way to the tip for a laser thin tip.

The c grind giving it great food release.

1 piece handle made of some x-cut bog oak.

I have no idea how well your handles work in the kitchen, but they look amazing!
Most people hold the knife with the pinch grip.
I do that aswell, never hold the complete handle.

That is why i also have the first part of the handle at the choil angled towards the spine.
So when holding at the pinch grip the knife never can glide out of your hand.

I personally really like this shape for holding. Especially the first part of the handle nesr the choil angled towards towards the spine.
