Apex ultra wrought clad nakiri
In house forged laminate made out of a apex ultra steel core, pure nikkel shim and wrought iron cladding.
Heat treatment at 65-66hrc.
This one has a flat grind wich secures great cutting performance. Nice and thin behind the edge.
A faceted handle made out of lao rosewood and a bolster out of carbon fiber.
