In excellent condition no scratches etc comes with watch sport band Nylon band and charger IS ON WATCH OS3 so you will either have to use the Beta of IOS10 or wait around a month until IOS10 comes out to use it but if you are willing to run the beta (which runs great) it works perfectly and if not it's up at a steal and will work in about a month
