I think it would've been funnier to actually announce a winner and then send them some tac-force garbage.

I think it would have been hilarious if he actually followed through on it, and put egg on the face of all of us doubters. It definitely would have had a larger volume of fooled folks, since just about all of us figured it was a joke.
