Oh and as an M43 at 15 inch this is the heaviest I've seen so far. Mine is 29 oz, but I've seen them come in 26 as well. I would favor the later.
Depending on your build and fitness level, you may favor a heavier one. By all means go with a heavier one if you are able to use it for extended periods of time, but it's always safer to start lower and then get a heavier one than the other way around. Too heavy means it will gather dust. No problem if you bought it just to mount it on the wall, it is a valid reason
