This is our spring giveaway here on Blade Forums. We are giving away a complete Bubble Jig grinding system along with a forged W2 blade, matching the Frost knife from Sweden shown in the photo; or as close as I can forge it. We will see! To handle the new knife we are sending a beautiful block of old growth redwood from Mark @ Burl Source.
A little shop news:We set up an anodizing line last summer in one of our outbuildings. We decided to anodize the Bubble Jigs; we wanted to make the surface of the aluminum more durable and at the same time, by adding a bright color, make it easier to find in the shop.
We added another CNC mill to the shop; its a bench mill running 10,000 rpm at the spindle.
To enter, Pick a 3 digit number, one entry per person please.
The closet number to the winning Pic 3 number is the winner.
If there are two entries equal distant to the winning number, there will be a draw off.
Pic 3 Ohio evening drawing, will be used for the winning number.
This giveaway will run until 5:00 PM May 1. Drawing at 8 PM
The winner of this giveaway will have ten days, from the day of the drawing, to accept the prize.
There will be a numbers chosen list posted on the first and last pages of this thread, each morning the giveaway is open.
If you already use a Bubble Jig, join in anyway, I have 6 of them stuck to my grinders and use them all. If you have never used a Bubble Jig and win this giveaway you are in for a treat.
