April Sale

Canadian Belt Knife necker is a seriously comfortable little knife to use. Very ergonomic. Someone should jump on that. It was always with me outdoors, until the Bluegill bumped it.

Pic of Bluegill No. 1 to help with the sale. It lives in my fishing pack this time of year. If the sale one has an interesting handle, I might try to jump on it.

Sounds like a great sale for smaller knives, John had said he saw a trend coming along. That pocket Muk/Canadian looked cool, any idea how long the handle is or can you get 4 fingers around it? I like small knives, just have found that handles could run a little short to grasp or that the handle needed to be shaped more to fit, I know John would make a good comfortable handle on these. Handle material, how about canvas Micarta for a good texture?

Ahh!
Pocket Scanduckie!
A Scanduckie on steroids?!

Rather built as a neck knife with a bottle opener as the "tail" with a kydex neck sheath.

Nice - just saw this one. The Pocket Scanduckie!

best

It`s about a 3 1/2 finger handle.

Thought this may help some. Hopefully John can chime in where I couldn't find information.

I'll be heat treating four of them tomorrow and four on Monday. I'll be posting pictures as I finish them.

The hiker's backup, how is that blade for slicing? I'm definitely most interested in that one currently.

I am Really liking the lines on the Canadian belt and the bluegill.

With the personal and bluegill having the same OAL but the bluegill having 1/2" more blade length and thus shorter handle, is the missing space noticeable? Because the handle is shaped, I would think it would either fit your hand Great or not at all, since the pinky would ride on the bump on the heel of the handle.
This is judging by the pic of the personal is just barely 4 fingers

Btw, nice post Cadillac!

The Hiker`s Backup was my first official model, even before I went full time 7 years ago. I`ve been thinking of doing a special run of them.

I don't know how many you make for the sale (I'm assuming one of each?) But if for some reason I don't get the hikers backup on the sale, I'd be down with a special run haha

First one is ready!

Short Trail

7 1/4" overall
3 3/8" blade
5/32" thick O1 steel
Textured finish on flats
Greenheart handle
