AR 15 11.5 SBR or Pistol upper loaded like new

I would like to sell my 11.5 AR 15 upper. Note this is for a lower reciever registered as a pistol or for a SBR (short barrelled rifle). It will work on any AR style rifle but may not be legal in your state. I had it on a lower that was a pistol and only fired it about 20 times so it is like new. It includes the following.
