I like this companies durable, handy Arc-AAA LED flashlight, which I have attached to my key chain. I contacted them, to get information on how to convert my light to another color. They offered to exchange my light for no additional cost. This is much greater customer service than I expected. Hmmm... an Arc LS might be in my future.
One morning that I really needed it, I just got fed up with the flickering and shipped it out...and got it back THE SAME WEEK!! However, it wasn't the Arc that I had sent off, but rather a new in package Arc AAA to replace the faulty one.
